Cannot get past the disclaimer

This seems like an awesome app to use.
I never had the chance to actually use it before I upgraded my phone to iOS7, and now everytime I open the app, the disclaimer pops up with no way to get past it, like as in there arent any buttons to press, like "Okay" or "Dont show this again" or something like that
